James started his career in financial service as a Commercial Loan officer and branch manager with several banks in Florida including Pioneer Federal, AmeriFirst Federal and Florida National Bank. He joined Nichols in 2002 focusing on Individual Major Medical, Long-Term Care and Senior products. James is known for his expertise in providing individuals with various options and then guiding through making an informed decision when selecting coverage.

James graduated from Kent State University in Ohio and is originally from Massillon, Ohio. He holds licenses in health, life and variable annuities along with a property and casualty license. James enjoys woodworking, home improvement projects, coaching little league and has a world famous outdoor Christmas display.
