Sheryl Conrad, Chief Operating Officer
Sheryl has worked at Nichols Insurance Associates since August 2004 upon completion of her Bachelor's degree at Iowa State University in Marketing and Minor in Advertising. Sheryl received her Life, Health, and Variable Annuities license in March 2006 and has attained her RHU (Registered Health Underwriter) designation in August 2007. Sheryl enjoys developing the broker-client relationship and works closely with our clients. Sheryl's responsibilities include oversight of the Client Services Team, enrollments, and renewals.
She attended the United Healthcare Knowledge Institute in 2005 and Humana's Broker Experience in 2006.
She resides in Palm Harbor with her husband Tyson and their two cats. Sheryl enjoys volunteering for the Special Olympics and Relay for Life. Her hobbies include outdoor activities such as hiking, rollerblading, biking, kayaking, boating and home improvement projects.
