Dustin is the Sales Manager for the individual Blue Cross Blue Shield health unit of Nichols Insurance. Dustin brings five years experience in both consumer and business to business sales. Prior to joining Nichols, Dustin worked as an Account Executive for a wholesale mortgage bank where he recruited and conducted business with mortgage brokers throughout the United States.

Dustin earned a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Florida State University. He lives in Tampa with his wife, Shannon, and their daughter, Emma.
