Melissa joined Nichols Insurance in February 2008 as Executive Assistant. Melissa is now the Operations Manager and helps develop workflows, processes, and procedures that help the agency run smoothly day to day. She also works closely with our Independent Advisors.

Melissa was born and raised in Florida and is an active member of her church and the PTA.
