Nancy has been with Nichols Insurance since 2001. Her experience and attending United Healthcare's Knowledge Institute in 2005 has provided her with extensive knowledge in the insurance industry.
Nancy's areas of expertise include insurance administration, agent appointment, accounting, and human resources.
Nancy and her husband James have four children and live in Clearwater. She keeps active with volunteering at her church, traveling, writing poetry and reading in her spare time.
