Cynthia Quinn joined the Nichols Insurance team in 2009. Cynthia’s first experience in the insurance industry was working for her father at his Nationwide Agency when she was only 16 years old. Since then she has continued her passion with 20 years of health and life insurance experience working with 3 major carriers, Aetna, United Healthcare and Humana. Cynthia has experience in both large and small business accounts. At United Healthcare, Cynthia was a Strategic Account Manager for large accounts, maintaining 93% persistency on her book which was her lead into being chosen amount several candidates for an Account Executive position at United Healthcare.

Cynthia has a business degree from Polk Community College and obtained her health, life and variable annuities license in 1995. Cynthia was awarded as the top Sales Executive within United Healthcare in 2004 and then in 2005 she was chosen as the Number One Sales Executive in the country.

At Nichols Cynthia is responsible for leading and directing the company’s Group and Individual Benefit Consultants, Advisors as well as the Sales Support staff. Cynthia has a very personable nature and strives to develop a level of trust and respect with all clients. Her knowledge in benefits is vast and her passion for insurance is evident to all.

Cynthia sits as Chairperson for fundraising events for the Holy Family Catholic School, volunteers for the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure and is a member of the Tampa Bay Association for Health Underwriters. She resides in Saint Petersburg with her two children, Dane and Trysten ages 16 and 9. She enjoys reading, attending her monthly Bunco group and spending all of her free time with family and friends.
