Lorna Richert joined Nichols Insurance in late 2009 with experience in Marketing, Sales and Customer Relations. She has been a licensed insurance agent since 1987. She is currently working towards a spot on the board of the Specialty Agents of Florida and holds a P.I.A.M. designation earned for the Property and Casualty Industry Lorna also has a BA in Psychology with a minor in Business.

Lorna received the Highest Commendation Award for being the Marketing Representative selling against her competitor. She is known for being knowledgeable and being able to get any information needed to help her clients choose the best health care options.

Lorna enjoys living in the Tampa Bay area with her husband. She also enjoys going boating, going on cruises, horseback riding, reading and spending time with her children.
