Our Client Services Team is here to make benefits administration easy for you!  Here are some of the services we provide you:


1. Enrollment & Eligibility Services - We provide you customized enrollment packages for newly eligible employees, assist you in signing up new employees and coordinating their payroll deductions.  We are always available for your employees’ questions.  We also assist with employee changes and terminations.

2. Billing Services - If you see errors on your premium invoice from the insurance company, we will work with the insurance company to make the corrections and provide you with a clear explanation of your billing.

3. Claims Explanation and Resolution - When an employee does not understand their claim or believes their claim was paid incorrectly, we are here to help.  Our Client Services Team has saved our clients tens of thousands of dollars by correcting claims errors.  We follow up with the insurance company to ensure claims are processed correctly, and make sure your employee has a clear explanation of the processing of their claims.
